What is the EYFS?

In nursery we support your little angels development through the Early Years Statutory Framework to provide them with a stimulating breadth of experiences to support their development.

How do we implement the EYFS?

Our aim is to provide a home from home, safe environment to all your little angels to feel comfortable to be themselves encourange them to learn important skills through both structured and free choice play.
Our open door policy allows the children to choose freely inside in their room or outside in the garden, their choice of where to learn.

Every child has their own keyperson and belongs to a key group of children in their age range. Each Keyperson plans weekly individual activities for your child based on their next developmental step and their current interests. This be-spoke planning follows the EYFS and ensures each child is being challenged and their learning is moving forward.

Children learn through play and here at little angels we provide a range of activities as well as all our toys being freely accessible to the children to self-select promoting independence and free choice to take their own path of learning.
"They are flexible, show lots of attention and care towards the children. The children learn by playing and laughing. My daughter loves coming here, which is lovely."

Adaline Maquant, Parent, 2018
