But what is the ISO?
ISO 9001 is a standard that sets out the requirements for a quality management system. It helps businesses and organizations to be more efficient and improve customer satisfaction.

What is a Quality Management System?
•A quality management system is a way of defining how an organization can meet the requirements of its customers and other stakeholders affected by its work.
•ISO 9001 is based on the idea of continual improvement.
•It doesn’t specify what the objectives relating to “quality” or “meeting customer needs” should be,but requires organizations to define these objectives themselves and continually improve their processes in order to reach them.

What does this look like at Little Angels?
We are very passionate about providing the same high level of care and continuity to all our little angels and their family. We have a series of systems and policies in place to ensure each child receives the same procedure from our accident procedure to our Day in the life forms. We are very passionate about our staff development at little angels and with have a rigorous professional development system in place where our staff are regularly observed, monitored and train to ensure we are continuously improving and striving for better. These systems are something we have worked and continue to work very hard on to improve little angels as a whole.
We have just had a first year reassessment and approval that the systems we have put in place are being used and working well. We have our ISO reassessed annually to ensure we are working to the Quality Management standards, we are very proud to announce our accreditation.
